Not been able too access internet this week so even so i'm normally late with sky watch i'am going to miss it out this week. But on the other hand I would really like to thank old womtig for the best picture of my Rotty JED as every time I try to take one he wants to play with my camera thanks again Tom this picture really brings out his breeding and he looks so proud.

These are taken this morning as the sun come up over Lady bower reservoir This is a reservoir that was used to practise the bouncing bomb before the actual raid also the village that used to be there is flooded beneath the water some time back the old church had to be demolished as when the water levels went down the church spire used to appear and it became spooky

More Malaysia(Kuala Lumpur)

I set off yesterday to travel down South to Essex but 150 miles into the journey my job was put on hold so the pictures I was hoping to take are not forthcoming so I'll share some of Kuala Lumpur

Cackerwala

The top picture is 0f the flare stack refurbishment there was over a hundred steps to the top (which I can't claim to have climbed) A boat was manouvered under the stack an a new flare tip was hoisted into position. Off shore Malaysia 2007

Last year I was involved in a major project on the cackerwala platform in the south china sea this was a joint venture involving Malaysia and Thailand on board the platform was approx 1,000 people. The platform normally functions with 99 men .
So below is the accomadation flowtel this is moored off the rig and we trip in daily and back for meals. We made our room personal
